The regular meeting of the Cobblestone Homeowners Association was held on the Tuesday, August 18th, 2023 at 7:00 PM. The meeting was presided over President Smith, and included the presence of|was comprised of a reasonable number of homeowners.
A summary of the meeting included:
* Discussing the recent community project, the park renovation.
* Resolving homeowner concerns regarding parking.
* Debate of the proposed budget for next fiscal year.
The meeting was concluded at approximately 7:45 PM. The next meeting is scheduled for November 15th, 2022.
